Orange launches two new eco-designed Livebox, boosts its Fiber offers without increasing prices, and introduces Intelligent Wi-Fi 7

•    Orange is launching two Wi-Fi 7 Livebox: the New Livebox 7 and the Livebox S.
•    Eco-designed and equipped with the latest Wi-Fi 7 technology.
•    Enhanced TV services with five new channels, along with a next-generation TV decoder.
•    Once again, Orange ranks number one in customer satisfaction among fiber subscribers and customer service of the year.

Two Livebox for even better connectivity:

The New Livebox 7 : Orange's premium Livebox that offers ultra-fast connectivity with:

•    Next-generation Wi-Fi 7, faster even in the furthest rooms from the Livebox, for those wanting the best of Orange fiber.
•    Speeds of up to 8 Gbit/s, ensuring ultra-fast connectivity for all uses, even the most demanding.
•    An elegant design, intuitive use, and completely plug & play, it installs in a flash and automatically reconnects all Wi-Fi devices.

With the New Livebox 7, the triple play offers Livebox Up Fiber and Livebox Max Fiber are enhanced, with no monthly price increase¹ :

•    The Livebox Max Fiber offer moves to Wi-Fi 7, with speeds up to 8 Gbit/s, and remains priced at €47.99/month for 12 months, then €57.99/month for new customers.
•    The Livebox Up Fiber offer sees its speeds quadrupled (up to 8 Gbit/s) and also moves to Wi-Fi 7. Its price remains unchanged at €39.99/month for 12 months, then €51.99/month for new customers.

The New Livebox 7 is also available for new business customers with the Livebox Pro Fiber, Open Pro Fiber, or Connect Pro Fiber offers starting at €43 excl. VAT/month for 12 months, then €50 excl. VAT/month.

The Livebox S : Orange's new mid-range Livebox that replaces the Livebox 5 on other triple play offers and features:

•    Wi-Fi 7
•    Speeds of up to 2 Gbit/s for downloads and 800 Mbit/s for uploads
•    Simplified installation for the customer thanks to the optical pencil technology embedded in the Livebox S. This innovation, designed and created by Orange, allows fiber installation without the need of an Orange technician at the customer's home, provided the residence is already equipped with a fiber socket.

The Livebox S, boosted with Wi-Fi 7, is offered with no price increase² with the offers:
•    Livebox Fiber, with doubled download speeds reaching up to 2 Gbit/s, at €29.99/month for 12 months, then €42.99/month for new customers.
•    Special Series Livebox Fiber, with 1 Gbit/s downloads, at €39.99/month.

Eco-designed Livebox

Orange strengthens its commitment to limit the environmental impact of its equipment, from design to recycling. The two new Livebox incorporate advancements already introduced in the latest models: recycled plastic casing, repairability, low-consumption E-ink screen, absence of electric fan, optimized recycled cardboard packaging without overwrapping.

For these new Livebox editions, Orange continues to innovate in eco-design:
•    The New Livebox 7 integrates next-generation Intelligent Wi-Fi that automatically disables the 5 GHz band when not needed, reducing electricity consumption by up to 30%.
•    Thanks to a brand new industrial process, the power supplies of the Livebox 5 are refurbished for the Livebox S after quality control.

These numerous initiatives allow Orange to reduce the carbon footprint of the two new Livebox over their entire lifecycle by:
•    8% for the new Livebox 7 compared to the previous model.
•    14% for the Livebox S compared to the Livebox 5.

This eco-design approach and the results achieved by Orange are certified by obtaining the Footprint Progress label from Bureau Veritas, the most demanding label in Europe.

Enhanced TV services with new channels, a next-generation decoder, and special offers

The TV Decoder 6, launched in 2024, is now available on the Livebox Up Fiber offer in addition to the Livebox Max Fiber offer. Efficient, it provides access to all streaming platforms and can be controlled by voice with the remote or hands-free.

  • New channels included in Orange TV: after Disney Channel and National Geographic in January, Orange offers 5 new channels to all its customers: RTL9, MCM, E!, RFM, M6 Music.
  • Paramount+ joins the list of platforms where customers receive a €5/month discount with the Livebox Max offer alongside Disney+ and Netflix.
• More features: The "Resume program from the beginning" function and the "Orange TV" app on connected TVs, PCs, and mobile devices are now accessible at no extra cost for all Orange TV customers.

The Samsung UHD 4K 43" TV is offered at €19 (€449 retail price) for new customers subscribing to a Livebox + Smart TV offer with a 24-month commitment.

With these new features, Orange strengthens its offers to remain number one in customer satisfaction for fiber subscribers

According to the ARCEP’s report "User Satisfaction with Mobile and Internet Operators" published on April 3, 2025, Orange ranks number one in satisfaction among fiber subscribers. It remains the highest-rated operator across all satisfaction dimensions, including three essential ones: the quality of the internet connection at the residence, the quality/reliability of the box, and the quality of the television service. Orange holds this ranking for the fifth consecutive year.
